Dynamic Shopping Merchandise Exchange Policy

During the open hours of your fundraising event, you may exchange your purchase or return your purchase for a full refund.  After your fundraising event is over, if you find that there is a defect or a problem with your purchase, we offer equal exchanges on our merchandise for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

 

After 30 days from your purchase date, should you find that there is a defect or a problem with your purchase, please contact the manufacturer for their warranty on the product. If you accidently purchase an item that is the wrong size and you do not exchange during the open hours of your fundraising event, you will need to contact us via email customer.service@dynamicshopping.com and ask if we have the size that you need for the item. If we have the size, then we can make an exchange. Please note that the shipping cost to send the wrong size item back to Dynamic Shopping is the customer’s responsibility and Dynamic Shopping will pay for shipping cost to send the correct size exchange back to the customer.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns for cash refunds. No exceptions.
